4) Sharing with suppliers (international)
To prepare a quote, we may share relevant request details with suppliers and logistics/verification partners, which may be located outside the EU/EEA.

We process data based on legitimate interest (B2B trade facilitation) and/or your consent when you submit a form.

We keep data only as long as necessary for quotes, follow-up, compliance, and internal record keeping.

Shop order & payment data
If you purchase a product through the Fasunion Shop, we additionally process the order details you provide (contact, shipping and billing information, order contents) in order to fulfil your order, and we share the necessary payment information with Mollie B.V., our payment service provider, solely to process your payment. Mollie processes this data as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy for payment-processing purposes. We do not receive or store your card or bank account details. Order and payment records are retained as required for accounting and legal obligations. All other rights and principles described above (access, correction, deletion, objection, portability) apply equally to Shop order data.
