Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-01-13
1. Platform role
Fasunion – Global Trade Hub (“Fasunion”) is a B2B trade facilitation platform. Fasunion is not a manufacturer and does not manufacture products shown on this website.
2. Quotes & non-binding information
- All specifications, availability, and lead times are indicative unless confirmed in writing.
- “Indicative specs” are provided for orientation and may change.
- All prices (if shown) are indicative. Final pricing is always via official quote / proforma invoice.
3. Orders & contracts
Any purchase contract, proforma invoice, supplier agreement, and/or shipping contract prevails over website information. Fasunion may facilitate the process but is not automatically a party to the supplier contract unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Delivery, Incoterms & logistics
Delivery terms are based on Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP) as agreed in the quote and contract. Delivery depends on supplier stock/production and logistical constraints.
5. Payment
Payment methods can include bank transfer and/or escrow (if agreed). Payment conditions are communicated in the official quote / proforma invoice.
6. Liability limitation
- Fasunion provides information on a best-effort basis.
- Fasunion is not liable for supplier performance, manufacturing defects, shipping delays, customs issues, or force majeure.
- In any event, Fasunion’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer to Fasunion for the specific service, if any.
7. Disputes
We aim to resolve disputes amicably and commercially. Formal disputes are handled under Dutch law.
8. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
9. Contact
For legal questions, contact: info@fasunion.nl.
10. Direct Shop purchases (additional terms)
Sections 1–9 above describe Fasunion's quote-based B2B trade service. For a limited, separately identified selection of products offered for direct purchase through the Fasunion Shop (fasunion.nl/shop), the following additional terms apply instead of Section 2 and Section 5 for those specific items only:
- Prices shown on a Shop product page are binding at the moment of checkout, inclusive of the VAT rate stated, unless the product or price was clearly marked as test/development data.
- Payment for Shop purchases is processed securely via Mollie, a licensed payment service provider. Fasunion does not receive, process, or store your card or bank account details.
- A Shop order is confirmed only once payment has been verified; you will receive an order confirmation once this is complete.
- All other sections of these Terms & Conditions (liability, applicable law, disputes) continue to apply to Shop purchases.
- Consumers (private individuals) have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible direct Shop purchases, and a separate statutory legal warranty for defective, damaged or incorrect items — see the full Shop Return Policy for the applicable terms, process and timelines.
This section was added when the Shop feature was introduced. It does not alter the terms applicable to quote-based trade engagements.
