Incoterms

Incoterms define responsibilities and risk transfer between buyer and seller (shipping, insurance, customs).

• EXW: buyer picks up from seller (most responsibility for buyer).
• FOB: seller delivers on board vessel (sea freight).
• CIF: seller includes sea freight + insurance to destination port.
• DAP: delivered to place; buyer handles import duties.
• DDP: delivered duty paid; seller handles import duties (only when explicitly agreed).

Fasunion coordinates documentation and supplier communication. Final incoterm is always confirmed in the quote/contract.
