Capability Statement
Fasunion operates as an independent procurement & validation partner for critical industrial projects. We help EPC contractors, utilities, datacenter operators and industrial asset owners source and validate high-ticket systems with controlled risk — without acting as manufacturer, installer or reseller.
What we do
- Operate as an independent procurement interface between buyer and manufacturer.
- Validate suppliers, documentation, compliance and delivery assumptions before commercial commitment.
- Structure sourcing processes that withstand technical, legal and operational scrutiny.
- Enable informed Go / No-Go decisions for high-risk, high-value equipment.
What we are not
- We are not an installer, EPC or construction contractor.
- We are not a manufacturer.
- We are not a commodity reseller competing on lowest price.
- We do not source equipment without a validation mandate.
Procurement & Validation framework
All Fasunion engagements follow a structured framework designed to reduce technical, regulatory and supply-chain risk — especially in complex, non‑EU or multi‑tier supply chains.
- Supplier capability assessment (track record, capacity, governance, references).
- Compliance validation (CE/IEC where applicable; batteries: UN38.3, MSDS; third-party testing such as SGS/TÜV when required).
- Documentation integrity checks (datasheets, certificates, test reports, QA packs).
- Supply-chain transparency (manufacturing origin, sub-suppliers, traceability, export readiness).
- Commercial sanity checks (pricing bands, lead times, payment terms, Incoterms fit).
- Scope boundary definition (what is included/excluded; interfaces; responsibilities).
Typical engagement flow
- Intake & feasibility screen — scope, timeline, technical requirements, budget realism.
- Validation mandate — paid engagement to run validation and control the sourcing process.
- Supplier & compliance validation — documentation, testing evidence, risk mapping.
- Commercial structuring — delivery assumptions, terms, pricing band validation, contract-ready package.
- Go / No-Go — proceed with confidence or stop early to avoid downstream loss.
Engagement structure
Fasunion operates under a paid validation & procurement mandate. This ensures commitment, priority access to suppliers and a controlled, auditable sourcing process. Fees are project-dependent and reflect scope, risk and complexity. A No-Go outcome still delivers value by preventing costly downstream failure.
Not a fit if
- You are seeking residential or small-scale consumer equipment.
- Your procurement decision is based on lowest price only (price-only RFQs).
- You require installation or EPC services.
- You are unwilling to engage under a validation mandate.
Next step
If you are sourcing high-ticket equipment under time pressure, compliance constraints or supply-chain uncertainty, request a validation call. We will screen feasibility fast and outline the mandate for a controlled procurement track.
