1. Demand Qualification — Scope, load profile, constraints, delivery window, and site context (EU core; global capability).
2. Supplier Shortlisting — Shortlist only suppliers that match technical and documentary requirements.
3. Factory Validation — Background checks, export capability, quality signals, and practical validation steps.
4. Technical Verification — Configuration sanity, BMS/PCS alignment, documentation completeness before commitment.
