Warranty & Returns
Fasunion provides sourcing and trade facilitation. Warranty and return conditions are primarily set by the manufacturer/supplier and the agreed contract (Proforma/Invoice/Sales Agreement).
Industrial equipment / machinery
- Returns are typically not possible once shipped, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- For DOA (dead-on-arrival) / transport damage, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
- Spare parts and warranty support are arranged via the supplier.
Damage / defects procedure
- Send order reference, serial numbers and pictures/video.
- We submit the claim to the supplier/manufacturer.
- Resolution may include parts replacement, repair, or credit note (as per supplier policy).
