Warranty & Returns

Fasunion provides sourcing and trade facilitation. Warranty and return conditions are primarily set by the manufacturer/supplier and the agreed contract (Proforma/Invoice/Sales Agreement).

Industrial equipment / machinery

  • Returns are typically not possible once shipped, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • For DOA (dead-on-arrival) / transport damage, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Spare parts and warranty support are arranged via the supplier.

Damage / defects procedure

  1. Send order reference, serial numbers and pictures/video.
  2. We submit the claim to the supplier/manufacturer.
  3. Resolution may include parts replacement, repair, or credit note (as per supplier policy).
