Procurement & Validation framework
All Fasunion engagements follow a structured framework designed to reduce technical, regulatory and supply-chain risk — especially in complex, non‑EU or multi‑tier supply chains.
- Supplier capability assessment (track record, capacity, governance, references).
- Compliance-validatie (CE/IEC where applicable; batteries: UN38.3, MSDS; third-party testing such as SGS/TÜV when required).
- Documentatie integrity checks (datasheets, certificaten, testrapporten, QA-packs).
- Supply-chain transparency (productieherkomst, subleveranciers, traceerbaarheid, exportgereedheid).
- Commercial sanity checks (pricing bands, lead times, payment terms, Incoterms fit).
- Scope-afbakening (what is included/excluded; interfaces; responsibilities).
Typische engagement flow
- Intake & feasibility screen — scope, timeline, technical requirements, budget realism.
- Validation mandate — paid engagement to run validation and control the sourcing process.

Engagement structure
Fasunion operates under a paid validation & procurement mandate. This ensures commitment, priority access to suppliers and a controlled, auditable sourcing process. Fees are project-dependent and reflect scope, risk and complexity. A No-Go outcome still delivers value by preventing costly downstream failure.
